Ive been playing alot of Ni No Kuni 2 as you guys all know i loved the first game and had high expectations for the second game and it just doesn't live up to what i expected from it the game has dull characters a boring story and the game tries to be to many games all in one and it ultimately feels the skirmishes and town building were thrown in to pad the game.

Totally agree with you. It's probably one of the big letdowns of 2018 for me. Story and characters are flat, and I find even the gameplay is dull. There are all sorts of mechanics that I've never used (like higgledies - what's the point when you can just steamroll through combat). There's also way too much busywork. I understand for the side quests, but when the main story sends you on a series of menial fetch quests it's not much fun.
The one thing I do enjoy is the town building, but even that feels like a pared down mobile game. You wait until your cash comes in, then build or upgrade something and wait some more. I'm up to the final chapter, but I don't have much motivation to play it at the moment. Which is a shame, since I was hoping it'd be something special.

My new poison of choice right now is overwatch ive talked about this at length before but I've become acustom to other characters. One of the characters that in really enjoy is Torbjorn I've had a few successful games with him one where i got 23 kill streak and 34 eliminations and 2 deaths. I've also taken a liking to D. Va. The more i play Reinhart the better i get with him still stuggling to get his special down though. Ive always been good at roadhog and occasionally i can make a good reaper. I find this game addicting as hell and fun to play when im short on time.

Katzenbalger will be thrilled!

I find this game addicting as hell and fun to play when im short on time. Overwatch is damn good. I still log in pretty regularly, though I mostly in Arcade mode (Random Heroes is my fave). I like how fast matches tend to be, in the 5-15min range. Means you can play out a few pretty quickly. It helps that the events are getting more regular, and the content drops are great. Torbjorn is great when you pick a really good spot for his turret. You can clean up really well with him, and his ult is godlike. Have you fiddled around with Bastion much? HE's the equivalent of playing as Torbjorn's turret - if you position yourself somewhere well, or sneak behind the enemy team you can chew through them in seconds. And Reinhart's ult is really tough to nail since its range is tough to gauge (and I don't think it goes through barriers, unless they've tweaked it). I've been messing around with Brigitte, and hot damn she's a beast. You feel borderline unstoppable with her. It's like how Moira is a freaking killing machine. I usually play a lot of Support (usually out of necessity) and while Zenyatta was usually my go-to, these two are real damn good.

Decided to play around with Jak 2. I'm not quite sure what to think. The first game was a fun lighthearted collectathon game. And this one I feel stripped it of it's identity and took out what I would argue what was it's best elements. Not to mention I do feel like this game tries to be edgey for the sake of being edgey and the shift in tone feels completely out of place. What feels even weirder... Is the fact that somehow Jak now talks.

I played some of Jak 3 on PS2, but I couldn't get into it, and don't remember much about it.
