So I was going to post today on the other site about Mad Max but it seems a certain someone had to come soil our new home. But anyway... I posted the other day about how much grind Mad Max has going on and it's bugging me to the point that I'm considering abandoning the game or putting it on the back burner which essentially may be me ultimately just anandoning the game.

I was thinking of getting Mad Max in a bargain bin. Is there any fun to be had?

The individual game elements are fun but there is a lot of it to the point that it becomes a real grind. If you're not careful it can really put you off from playing as I very nearly just abandoned the game because of it. But I decided to push thru and I'm nearly done with all the side map clutter now. Definitely worth a buy on the cheap as that's how I picked it up.

I love the first 2 Mad Max movies,so I'll give the game a try one of these days.
I'm looking forward to 13 Sentinels since it's developed by Vanillaware, has mechs, and is on the Vita.

I'm trucking along in The Evil Within 2. Really been enjoying it, though it's got some technical issues (some glitches) and the AI is pretty dumb (easily exploitable).
I also like how it just gets on with it when it comes to the story. The first game's story was shrouded in ambiguity and inferences. But this one, from the very beginning, lays things out very matter-of-factly.

I was home yesterday so I wrapped up practically everything in Mad Max including the story. Only one trophy left. But it's a doozy. You have to complete all 144 non-repeating challenges. I have 135 and I'm now in the post game which makes achieving some of these that much harder due to lower enemy count. I'm going to take a look, examine some guide advice online and give it a few tries but this may be the trophy that just makes me say screw it on trying to get the platinum as I am beyond done with this game. I just hate to give up on it when I'm so close to 100%.

Like any challenge about killing people during a sandstorm - those things occur very rarely, and finding other cars to destroy during them is a big hassle.
I think there's one for beating eight guys without taking damage while in fury mode that you sort of need to do during a story mission, since after that you pretty much never see large groups anymore.

Still playing World of Final Fantasy. Still early in the game, only at chapter 5. I like the turn-based strategy and ATB system, makes things more tactical. It's story scenes look nice, and it's world is charming.

I love WoFF I'm near the end but I haven't beaten it. Had to delete it off my hard drive when it started to mess with the PS4's operations. I'll re download it when I eventually get a PS4 Pro

It's story scenes look nice, and it's world is charming. I still need to get back to this one. I was playing it on Vita and I am literally at the final boss encounter. I got BS killed the last time around and it caused me to rage quit. It honestly even put me off the Vita and I've only tepidly gone back to the system since.

As someone who doesn't really care about Call of Duty I can say this is actually a commercial with some pretty good moments. That little girl on the tricycle is priceless.
