In honor of BunnehAustralia has a large Vietnamese population, and many Vietnamese people sell Vietnamese salad with pork/chicken on a French Baguette(since French culture influenced Vietnam).I often buy these in Australia, because they're delicious and healthier than most other fast food.

Even though I'm not too fond of Arabian culture in general,I have to admit I love their food.

Was busy and didn't have time to cook so went to McDonalds tonight. Tried the new Signature Sriracha burger. I have to say it was really pretty good. Would recommend.

Had this over the weekend. It's a chicken and cheese quesadilla filled with avocado, pico de gallo, and jalapeno ranch served with Mexican style rice.

Some things I cooked a while ago.
South Thailand style yellow curry with chicken, eggplant and rice vermicelli.
This is Thai/Lao minced pork, that's seasoned with lime juice, mint, fish sauce. It's name is 'Larb' ,and if you have it with pork,it's 'larb mhoo',if you have it with chicken, then it's 'larb gai'.

Taking my daughter out for her 10th birthday this weekend to the place of her choice. She has picked a local restaurant chain that specializes in fried chicken and southern fixings (pictured). They start you off with a salad for the table in a sweet oil and vinegar dressing. Then you get your choice of fried chicken on the bone, rotisserie chicken, fried chicken strips, or chicken fried steak. Then they serve that up with a table serving of mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed corn, and green beans. And to top that all off biscuits and honey.

Looking at that Southern style chicken makes me hungry. I like going to Cajun restaurants, because they do my favorite style of Southern fried chicken, and I like their dipping sauce and other things from that cuisine.

Scale is being lost but this is a single serving cheesecake that is big enough to feed two. This served up after I had appetizers of shrimp cocktail, lobster balls, and mozzarella skewers, a mixed green salad in basalmic vinagrette, a 16 oz ribeye steak, au gratin potatoes, asparagus, creamed spinach, and lobster Mac and cheese. Oh and two mohitos and a whiskey sour. Yeah... indulgence. And I didn’t even have to pay for it. Thanks again to my wife’s boss for the holiday party.

Pavlova. An Australian dessert. I picked up a couple for 1/2 price, since after Christmas prices are cheaper. For Christmas,I had Turkey and Vietnamese food(I choose Vietnamese food since I eat Thai food nearly everyday),plus I had a cheesecake with a topping that was made out of blueberry, strawberry and raspberry, but I didn't take a photo of the cheesecake because when I cut a slice, the inner part crumbled. But it was hella yummy. What did ya'll eat for Christmas?
